Short videos produced by Dignity and Worth on the theme ‘We’re Ready For Change’ are now available to watch and share.
We’ve been working with Matt Collins (MC Online Events) to create a series of videos featuring lay and ordained Methodists from around Britain.
Each contributor filmed themselves – from a few seconds to a minute – explaining why they support the proposals in the God In Love Unites Us report and in particular, the proposal which would allow same sex marriage to take place in the Methodist Church.
The videos were released in Spring 2021 as District Synods met to debate and vote on the report and have been watched and shared hundreds of times.
The Dignity and Worth team is extremely grateful to Matt and to everyone who submitted a video clip. We weren’t able to use them all but every single one has contributed to a valuable project.

This channel also contains three other videos – ‘What’s In the Report’ and ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ which aim to provide short recaps about the GILUU report, plus a prayer for the Trans Day of Visibility.
